Paying your rent is very important to us as your rent pays for the services we provide to you. There are several payment options available, explained in more detail on the next page:
- Online payment via Paypoint.net (quick and easy via a secure server)
- Cash & Cheques (payable to your housing association)
- Direct Debit
- Housing Benefit
- Standing Order
- Debit/Credit Card
- Swipe cards - Paypoints, Payzones and at the Post Office
- Bank Giro Credit
- In person at Collins House.
Cheques or postal orders should be made payable to Swaythling Housing Association, with your name and address printed on the back of the cheque. Please allow 3 working days for the payment to reach us. Please do not send cash through the post.Contact Customer Services about any of these methods of payment.
