Visit us: You are welcome to pop into our reception at Collins House and speak to one of our Customer Service Advisors. The Advisor can help with most queries you may have. If you would like to see your Housing Officer please let us know and we will arrange for your Housing Officer to contact you to make an appointment.
Appointments pilot scheme
We are running a pilot scheme where you can ask our Customer Service team to make an appointment with your housing officer, if they are one of the following: Katie Ashbrooke-Motte, Samantha Edwards, Caroline McCulloch or John McManus.
When you speak to Customer Services you will be able to agree the best time for your appointment, so that you can put it straight into your dairy.
(We can also make you an appointment at the Eastleigh office to meet with Katie Ashbrooke-Motte or Samantha Edwards).
You can also visit our western area office in Ringwood. Please note it is advisable to telephone us on 023 8062 8000 in advance as it is sometimes necessary to close the Ringwood office.
