Sheltered housing may appeal to you if you want to live independently, in a smaller and easier-to-manage home, and like the idea of having someone to call on if there is an emergency. Our sheltered housing schemes are designed for independent living with the added security of an alarm system and a scheme manager.

Swaythling has seven sheltered schemes and two alarm-call pull cord schemes based in Southampton and Eastleigh. These self-contained homes are fitted with alarm pull cords which are monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Sheltered schemes also benefit from shared communal social areas.
