Residents Involved in Recruitment

We are currently looking for residents who would like to be involved in interviewing potential Radian staff.

We have a few residents who take part in the recruitment process at the moment but we’re looking for a larger pool of residents who could be involved.  This would involve you sitting on the interview panel alongside staff and assisting them in interviewing candidates.  You will be given full training and will be briefed before any interviews take place on what you are interviewing for and how candidates are marked on the answers they give.

The training session for this which you must attend if interested in becoming a resident interviewer is on Wednesday 25th August at 10am – 12noon at Collins House, Bishopstoke Road, Eastleigh, Hants, SO50 6AD.
